How do I delete my account and data?
In ComicShine, open your account settings and choose Delete account. Your content is removed from our servers within 30 days.
How do I cancel a subscription?
If you subscribed in an iOS app, cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from your account page.
How do I request a refund?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, email us with your account email and order date.
Someone used my photo in ComicShine without permission.
Email support@alvisolabs.com with details and we will review and remove it.
