Alviso Labs is a small, independent studio in the United States. We design and build mobile apps for personal wellbeing — products that are quiet, honest about what they do, and built to be used for ten minutes a day rather than all day.

Wishrive
A daily manifestation and affirmations companion. Wishrive turns what someone wants for their life into a short, repeatable daily practice — a personalized affirmation, a guided journaling prompt, and a gentle streak that forgives the days you miss.

How we build
Wellbeing apps are easy to build badly. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.
Evidence before vibes
Our content is written against the published psychology literature on self-affirmation, expressive writing, and habit formation — and we avoid claims that research does not support. We are not a medical or mental-health service and we say so plainly inside the product.
Honest by default
Pricing is stated once, in plain language, before anyone pays. No dark patterns, no fake urgency, no streak guilt. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing.
Your words stay yours
People tell these apps things they don't tell anyone else. We collect only what a feature genuinely needs, we never sell personal data, and we never use journal entries as advertising material.

Alviso Labs LLC is an independent, self-funded software studio registered in the United States. We are a small product team — design, engineering, and content under one roof — building consumer mobile software for the App Store.
What we do
We take a single product from research and prototype through to a shipped, maintained iOS app: user research, product design, native app development, content writing, and ongoing support for the people who use it.
Where we're going
Our focus through this year is shipping Wishrive on iOS and supporting the people who use it daily. Future products will stay in the same territory: small, calm, personal software.

Alviso Labs LLC (“Alviso Labs”, “we”, “us”) operates alvisolabs.com and the mobile applications we publish, including Wishrive. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Content you enter in our apps, such as your name or nickname, the goals you choose, and your journal entries.
- Account and purchase data. If you subscribe, Apple processes the payment and shares a transaction receipt with us. We never receive your card details.
- Usage and diagnostic data. Aggregate, non-identifying information about how features are used and about crashes, so we can fix problems.
- Website visits. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it

- To provide, maintain, and improve our products
- To answer your support requests
- To meet legal and tax obligations
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your journal entries for advertising, and we do not share them with third parties except as needed to run the service (for example, secure cloud hosting) or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its content by writing to privacy@alvisolabs.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honor those requests regardless of your location.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify users inside the app.

Our products are wellbeing and self-reflection tools. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical, psychological, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are not a substitute for professional care, and they are not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately.
Subscriptions
Paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store. The price and billing period are shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel at any time in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you within the product.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse our services: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer them, and no using them for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer and liability
Our services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alviso Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Alviso Labs LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
